Users must provide accurate and complete information while using the Platform.
All services, registrations, and fee payments are subject to academy policies.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
All content on the Platform is the intellectual property of Kaushik Football Academy and may not be used without permission.
The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.
Kaushik Football Academy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damages.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, for which we are not responsible.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate Services at any time without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

4. Attendance, performance, and academy-related records

To manage academy operations and communication.
To process fees and payments securely.
To provide updates related to training, matches, and events.
For internal record keeping only.
Data Protection:
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (PhonePe / Razorpay).
We do not store card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials
Data is not shared with any third party except when required by law.

Payment terms
REFUND / RETURN POLICY
(Payment Gateway Compliant – PhonePe & Razorpay)
At Kaushik Football Academy, we follow a strict no-refund policy to ensure smooth operations and planning.
Fees & Payments:
All academy fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Fees paid via UPI, Card, Net Banking, PhonePe, or Razorpay are final.
No refunds will be provided for:
1. Missed training sessions
Player absence
2. Change of batch or timing
3. Discontinuation or withdrawal from the academy
4. Jersey / Kit Policy
5. No refund is provided for jerseys or kits once issued
Exchange is allowed only in case of manufacturing defects such as:
1. Torn stitching
2. Incorrect size issued
3. Printing or logo defects
Conditions for Exchange:
1. Defect must be reported within 3 days of receiving the jersey
2. Jersey must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
3. Exchange is subject to stock availability
4. Exceptional Cases
Refunds, if any, are solely at the discretion of academy management and applicable only in case of:
1. Duplicate payment
2. Technical error during transaction
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
